The price adjustment will be effective with the next invoice. The exact start date can be found in the information letter or in your customer account.

The adjustment will be made automatically on the date specified in the e-mail. 

If you pay by direct debit, we will automatically adjust the debit amount for you according to the price adjustment and debit the corresponding amount from the given account. In this case, you do not need to do anything further.  

When paying by transfer order or proactive invoice payment, please adjust your payment amount in your banking according to the price adjustment.

At this point in time, it is even more crucial for us to offer you first-class service and support. Therefore, we have made targeted investments in the quality of contact requests, our reach and platform security.

With the help of more precise user targeting, an optimised search experience and AI, we have also significantly improved the quality of enquiries. Thanks to extensive regional and nationwide marketing in TV, print and online, we have increased your reach even further. You benefit from over 19 million relevant users per month and reach more than 80 % of all German property seekers via ImmoScout24 alone.

At the same time, we have massively strengthened cybersecurity and improved this by 85 %. With market leading security we provide you and your customers with the best possible protection against account theft/phishing, fake adverts and fraudulent requests. 

To keep the cost increase as low as possible, we have reduced costs in many areas. In the current market environment, however, higher overall costs were unavoidable. In accordance with Section 11.2 of our General Terms and Conditions for commercial providers, we will pass on to you the costs that exceed the savings in the amount of 9.1 percent. You will retain all discounts granted.  

We adjust the prices on the stated start date in accordance with Section 11.2 of our General Terms and Conditions for commercial customers. A price adjustment is possible if our total and overhead costs have increased and the price increase does not exceed 10 percent. We meet these requirements.

This year, for example, we have invested more in our lead products, marketing, and platform security. To keep the cost increase as low as possible, we have reduced costs in many areas. We were able to partially cover the investments with savings in expenditure on IT infrastructure, external personnel, and service providers.

In accordance with Section 11.2 of our General Terms and Conditions for commercial customers, we will pass on to you the costs that exceed the savings in the amount of 9.1 percent.
