As the Engineering Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the technological foundation. You will serve as the go-to AI visionary and architect, building and leading a team of passionate engineers, discovering new AI-based products, and driving the implementation of solutions within enterprises.
How your role will look like:
- Provide clear, strategic direction and guidance to your team in line with the company's vision and priorities.
- Collaborate extensively with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and peers across the tech department to create impactful business solutions.
- Offer structured, technical guidance to your team, and establish industry-leading best practices to enhance product reliability and team productivity.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning within your team, encouraging upskilling, knowledge sharing and peer mentoring.
- Foster strong relationships with other department heads to ensure the alignment of business goals and enhance cross-functional cooperation.
- Accountable for the team's delivery and outcomes, managing projects from inception to completion.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning, and implement relevant innovations in team operations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
What you need to succeed:
- Extensive and detailed experience as a Sr. Data Scientist.
- Profound knowledge in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Statistical Analysis.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, offering mentorship and opportunities for further training.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights and findings in an understandable and compelling manner to various audiences, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
