How your role will look like:
- Own and govern the end-to-end AdTech ecosystem (Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs, header bidding)
- Serve as the technical authority and escalation point for ad delivery, reporting, and data quality issues
- Operate the AdTech service desk, acting as first-line support for local entities and coordinating issue resolution with engineering and product teams
- Own and execute the AI roadmap for AdTech, balancing innovation and operational excellence
- Develop AI-driven solutions for bidding optimization and predictive targeting
- Govern automated bidding algorithms to align with margin and growth objectives
- Optimize yield performance through auction dynamics, supply-path efficiency, experimentation, and continuous performance analysis
What you need to succeed:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Ad Operations, AdTech, or MarTech
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of RTB, header bidding and DSP/SSP ecosystems
- Proven experience leading AdTech implementations or transformation projects
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and SQL for tracking, debugging, and analysis
- Experience working with AI/ML-driven advertising or automation frameworks
- Solid understanding of attribution models, experimentation methodologies, and performance measurement
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business impact for senior stakeholders
- Fluency in German and English is required
