Cancel in Your Account

You can also cancel consumer contracts quickly and directly in your ImmoScout24 account (MyScout). Simply log in to your account.

Plus Membership:
Manage Account > My Plus Membership > Cancel Plus Membership

Other Contracts:
Manage Account > My Contracts > Select and Cancel Contract

How can I cancel my contract as a business customer?: The terms governing cancellation for business customers are set forth in your applicable contract. We must receive your notice of cancellation in writing, i.e., as a signed document, within the applicable notice period. Please send your notice of cancellation to service@immobilienscout24.de.
How can I cancel my Plus Membership?: You may cancel your Plus Membership during the minimum contract term effective at the end of that term. After the minimum term, you may cancel at any time with no more than one month’s notice.

What is my notice period?: Consumer contracts entered after 1 March 2022 may be cancelled effective at the end of the minimum contract term and at any time thereafter with no more than one month’s notice.
How does termination for cause work?: Termination for cause requires good cause. Under “Requested Cancellation,” select “Immediate termination for cause.” Explain your reason for termination in the “Comments regarding the cancellation” field. Our team will then review the information you provided and determine whether your reason constitutes good cause for termination for cause. We will contact you once the review is complete.
