Dr. Gesa Crockford

Dr. Gesa Crockford (born 1974, nationality: German) has been part of the Scout24 Group in several management functions since the beginning of 2016. She was appointed to the Management Board of ImmoScout24 at the beginning of April 2022 and has been responsible for the sales organization, customer service, customer relationship management and pricing since then. As of 1st April 2024, Gesa Crockford has been appointed to the management board of Scout24 as Chief Commercial Officer.

Previously, she held a variety of positions within the company, including at ImmoScout24 in the areas of Pricing, Product & Analytics and at the subsidiary Flowfact. With a PhD in business administration, she looks back on more than 20 years of experience in the design and transformation of business models, pricing and corporate strategy. 

As managing director of a marketing and strategy consultancy, she spent ten years working particularly for companies in the e-commerce and digital business sectors. Prior to that, she worked for Simon, Kucher & Partners, where she developed pricing strategies, structures and processes for large, globally active companies in the logistics and chemical industries. 

Ralf Weitz

Ralf Weitz (born in 1977, nationality: German) has headed the company since February 2018 as Managing Director. Since December 2018, he has also been Chief Commercial Officer of the Scout24 Group and is thus responsible for all sales activities of the Scout24 marketplaces. He has held various management positions at Scout24 for over 10 years.

The economist had a decisive influence on the development of the Scout24 Consumer Services division, which under his leadership has developed into an important growth engine for the Group. After studying economics in Berlin, Ralf Weitz worked, among other things, in international consulting.

ImmoScout24 Austria

Since the beginning of 2012, ImmoScout24 has also been present in the neighbouring country of Austria, with “Immobilien Scout Österreich GmbH” and has been growing steadily. The merger with immobilien.net in 2014 was the largest acquisition to date in the Austrian online sector. In 2016, ImmoScout24 continued its growth course with the acquisition of immodirekt.at. Today, ImmoScout24 in Austria is reaching around 3.5 million visits monthly. Around 40 employees in Vienna are responsible for the success of ImmoScout24 in Austria.
