CommercialNetwork is a closed online marketplace for real estate investments. Membership requires prior application. It is a chargeable service and available to members only.

Setup property and investment profiles

In the first step, members list their detailed property and investment profiles anonymously in the CommercialNetwork. Each property and investment profile is subject to verification and approval by the CommercialNetwork Team.

See system-generated proposals

After successful approval, suitable investors will be proposed to the sellers of the properties. Vendors will obtain a list with the names and the investment profiles of potential buyers.

Contact

Sellers can now contact potential investors. After the initial contact, investors only have access to the protected exposé. This exposé includes only the basic data of the property without address. Investors can only view protected exposés which have been released by sellers.

Stepwise release of the property data

If, after successful contact with the seller, a potential investor has confirmed his interest in buying, the seller then decides whether to release the full property data, including the full address and property pictures. This process can be terminated at any time.

After transmission of the full property data to the prospective buyer, the seller and the investor will commence direct negotiations.
